Forefront's technical expertise extends into collaborative product design, in-house tool making, and isolated clean room for manufacturing, assembly and packaging. Extensive investment in state-of-the-art technology in injection molding, injection blow molding, tubing extrusion, extrusion-blow molding and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding assures reliability and quality precision components. Additional capabilities in assembly, joining, printing, packaging, sterilization and IVD liquid handling provide an integrated service in the total supply chain.
Forefront Medical, through its subsidiary Xentiq Pte Ltd, also provides contract product design services. With extensive knowledge in electro-mechanical systems and disposable devices, Xentiq has a long history of working with international medtech companies in new product development and product realization, from concept development to pilot production.
Forefront Medical's manufacturing facilities are located in China, The United Kingdom, Mexico and Singapore. Our quality system is audited by TUV to ISO 13485:2016 our procedures comply with FDA CFR 21 (part 820). Our facilities are registered for manufacturing of medical devices and are FDA audited. Additionally, we are certified to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards.
